The chance of anyone finding this blog is slim to none, but I will begin this first post with the hope of one day being discovered!
Why am I blogging? I'm blogging because I have worked really hard to get to a healthy weight and I want to do all I can to maintain it. I want to use my blog to keep me accountable. I want to use my blog to share what I have learned and to find other people who are also trying to find the right balance between diet and exercise and learn from them.
